Full Garden Design
This is the complete, considered design service for those who want a bespoke garden with expert support from concept through to completion. You’ll get detailed plans, tailored planting schemes and hands-on design support during installation to ensure your garden is brought to life exactly as designed.
I’ll support you at every stage of the design and installation process. From that first consultation in your garden, through design development and revisions, to sourcing plants and periodic site visits during installation to support the design. This service is about more than just delivering plans; it’s about creating a garden you’re genuinely proud of, with the peace of mind that comes from having an expert in your corner throughout the entire process.

This service is ideal if you’re looking for a complete, polished design with expert support but are happy to manage the installation yourself or work with your own landscaper. You’ll get beautifully detailed plans, comprehensive planting schedules and ongoing guidance to give you confidence as you bring the design to life.
Starting with an in-person consultation, I’ll develop a tailored design that works for your space and how you want to live in it. You’ll have more revision rounds than the virtual service and a full month of email support after delivery, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

Choose Full Garden Design if you’d like a more supported experience with guidance throughout the process. Alongside the design itself, I can assist with plant sourcing, design guidance during installation and site visits to help bring the vision together seamlessly.
Choose Design Only if you’re happy coordinating the installation yourself or already have a landscaper in place. You’ll receive detailed garden plans, planting design and ongoing guidance to help you confidently bring the design to life.

Why seeing a garden in person changes everything
Being in your garden reveals things that can never fully be understood from photographs or measurements alone. I can experience how the light moves through the space, where areas feel sheltered or exposed and which views should be framed, softened or screened. These details shape how a garden feels to live in, not just how it looks on paper.
Walking the space together also allows us to discuss ideas naturally within the garden itself. I can better understand the soil, aspect, existing features and how you already use the space day to day. This creates a design that feels thoughtful, grounded and personal from the very beginning.
In-person design also creates a more collaborative experience. Questions can be explored as they arise, ideas evolve more naturally and we build a shared understanding of the vision together. The result is a garden that feels more connected to both the space and the people living within it.

Initial calls are free to discuss your project and whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, the consultation is included as part of your chosen service package.

We start with a consultation to understand your needs, then I develop initial concepts for you to review. From there, I refine the design through revisions until it's exactly right, before finalising plans and planting schemes. I'll guide you through every stage.

As much or as little as you like. Some clients want to be involved in every decision, others prefer to trust my expertise and see the final result. I'll check in at key stages for feedback, but the level of involvement is entirely up to you.

Design timelines typically range from 6-12 weeks depending on the service and complexity. Installation depends on the scope of work and contractor availability, but I'll give you realistic timeframes from the start.

That's what revisions are for. Each service includes multiple rounds of revisions so we can refine the design until you're completely happy. Good design is collaborative and I won't finalise anything until you're confident it's right.
