An efficient alternative to full garden service design

You don’t need to be local to work with me. Virtual design gives you access to the same expertise and detailed planning as my in-person services, delivered remotely from start to finish.

This service works particularly well if you have a clear brief, live outside Solihull, Warwickshire, the Cotswolds or simply prefer the flexibility of a remote process.

You’ll send me photos, measurements and details about your garden, and I’ll create a complete design tailored to your space, your soil, your aspect and how you want to live outdoors.

It’s a complete design solution that gives you everything you need to transform your garden, without me needing to visit in person.

This service is ideal if you want expert garden design with complete flexibility, or if you’re outside my local area but still want a unique, professional design for your space.

You’ll get the same level of design detail and care as my in-person services - layout plans, planting schemes and material recommendations - all tailored to your specific site conditions.

With a video consultation to start, detailed 2D and 3D plans, a comprehensive planting scheme, and two rounds of revisions, you’ll have everything you need to bring your garden to life with confidence.

FAQs

  • It's a complete garden design solution delivered remotely. You'll get detailed plans, planting schemes and expert guidance without me needing to visit in person. perfect if you're outside my local area of Solihull, Warwickshire / the Cotswolds or prefer a more flexible approach.

  • Typically 6-8 weeks from initial consultation to final plans, depending on the complexity of your garden and how quickly we move through revisions.

  • Photos of your garden from multiple angles, basic measurements of the space and any inspiration images or ideas you've been collecting. I'll send you a detailed brief beforehand so you know exactly what's needed.

  • Virtual design is delivered entirely remotely (via Google Meet) with no in-person visits or on-site support. Full design includes in-person consultations, on-site project management during installation, plant sourcing and hands-on involvement throughout the build.

  • Not as part of the virtual service, it's designed to work entirely remotely. If you'd like in-person support, the Design Only or Full Garden Design services would be more suitable.

  • Virtual Design starts from £745, with the final cost depending on the size and complexity of your garden. I'll provide a clear quote after our initial consultation.

  • As a remote service, you'll typically source and manage contractors yourself. Your plans will include all the technical detail they need to implement the design accurately.
